Valour FC today announce the team has re-signed Congolese international player Arnold Bouka Moutou.

The following season, he made 23 appearances with Angers SCO (Ligue 1), scoring two goals. In 2016, the Reims, France native signed with French regional club Dijon FCO (Ligue 1), making 24 appearances over three seasons.

Internationally, Moutou has made 19 appearances with the Republic of the Congo senior national team, scoring one goal in 1,258 minutes played.
