Valour FC Raffle Rules & Terms

Eligibility: This raffle is open to all individuals who purchase a ticket for Valour FC home games. No complimentary or promotional tickets will be eligible for entry into the raffle. All eligible entries are automatically included upon purchase.

Exclusions: Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of Valour FC, the Winnipeg Football Club, and the Canadian Premier League, as well as their immediate family members and anyone residing in their households, are not eligible to participate in this raffle.

Prize: Four (4) tickets to the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra event will be awarded to one (1) winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

Draw Date: The raffle draw will take place on August 16th at 11:59 PM. The winner will be notified by email within two weeks after the draw.

Regulatory Oversight: This raffle is conducted under the rules of the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA). All entries and the awarding of the prize are subject to the laws and regulations of the LGCA.

Limitations of Liability: Valour FC and its affiliates assume no liability for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any issues beyond their control, including but not limited to technical failures or unforeseen delays. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Valour FC, its affiliates, and partners from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

General Conditions: Valour FC reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. The decisions of Valour FC regarding any aspect of this raffle are final and binding.
