With the weather getting nicer outside I decided I would throw together a full-body high-intensity workout for you guys. Watch the videos for a quick explanation and demo of the exercises. Once you’re confident with the exercises here is the program to follow:

 

Left Steps Ups w/ Knee Drive x 20 sec

Rest x 10 sec

Right Steps Ups w/ Knee Drive x 20 sec

Rest x 10 sec

Tricep Dips x 20 sec

Rest x 10 sec

Sit to Stand x 20 sec

Rest x 10 sec

V Tucks x 20 sec

Rest x 1 min 10 sec

Repeat x 5
