A
Accessibility
- Accessible ramps are located at all three gates at Princess Auto Stadium.
- Elevators are located at all three gates at Princess Auto Stadium.
- Fans who have accessible seat tickets may enter through gates 1, 2, or 3.
Accessible Seating
- Princess Auto Stadium offers barrier-free seating areas. These sections are designated with a ‘WC’ designation preceding the section number and seat number (ie. WC113 WC 1).
- Princess Auto Stadium offers barrier-free seating areas on the 100 level.
- The accessible areas feature removable seating to accommodate wheelchairs if needed.
- If accessible seats for either season tickets or match day tickets are needed, please contact the Ticket Centre at 204-784-7660 during regular business hours. It is recommended fans who require accessible seats contact the Ticket Centre in advance of the match.
- Fans in possession of a standard seating ticket but require an accessible ticket should contact the Ticket Centre at 204-784-7660.
- Season ticket members looking to exchange their standard seat for an accessible seat should contact the Ticket Centre prior to the event, based on availability. If an accessible seat is available, the exchange will be processed.
- If the seat is gifted from a season ticket member to a fan who requires an accessible seat, they should contact the Ticket Centre as soon as possible to confirm availability. If an accessible seat is available, the Ticket Centre will contact the season ticket member for approval.
- Third party/unknown tickets – if the fan purchases a standard seat ticket from a third party or any other method that cannot be traced, and they require an accessible ticket, an exchange or refund cannot be offered. These fans should contact the Ticket Centre to inquire on the availability of accessible seats for purchase.
- Accessible parking is available by contacting the Ticket Centre at 204-784-7660. Accessible parking is limited and available for the season or individual match days only. Accessible parking is available in the U Lot across the street from the stadium. To purchase match day parking, it is recommended to contact the Ticket Centre early as the pass must be mailed out or picked up 24 hours before kickoff.
Animal Service
- Princess Auto Stadium welcomes fans and their service animals. Service animals may accompany fans in any areas open to the general public. To ensure the safety of our fans and their service animals, we require that they be seated in an accessible seating section. Please contact the Ticket Centre at 204784-7660 to confirm that your seating location is suitable.
- With the exception of service animals, pets or other animals are not permitted inside Princess Auto Stadium.
Age Restrictions
- For all Princess Auto Stadium ticketed events, fans who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain entry to the stadium. Prior to their third birthday, children may sit on the lap of an accompanying adult provided they do not obstruct the view of those around them. Please note this policy may vary for concerts or other events. Please contact the Ticket Centre at 204-784-7660 for information on a specific event.
Alcohol
Rules and regulations governing alcohol management at Princess Auto Stadium:
- Alcohol from outside the stadium cannot be brought into the venue.
- Any person found inside the stadium with alcohol not purchased inside Princess Auto Stadium will be subject to immediate ejection with no compensation.
- A person may not enter the venue in an intoxicated state.
- Intoxication in a public place is a criminal offence. Any person found on the property in an intoxicated state will be removed from the premise.
- Any person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older and able to produce valid Province of Manitoba photo ID proving their age.
- Acceptable forms of photo ID proving age: Valid Manitoba Driver’s License, Armed Forces Card, Canadian Passport or Canadian Citizenship Card.
- We ID all patrons under 25 years of age.
- The sale of alcohol is limited to two drinks per fan.
- No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol, at our discretion.
- If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and ensure you have a safe ride home.
Alcohol Service Cut Off
- The sale of alcohol stops in all areas of the stadium with 10 minutes left in the match (at the 80th minute).
- Pinnacle Club Members have access to the Pinnacle Club up to an hour post-match.
ATMs
- ATMs are available throughout Princess Auto Stadium
- There is an ATM located inside the main Bomber Store
- ATMS are located on the 100 level in sections 101, 106, 109, 114, 121 and in the Pinnacle Club
B
Baby Changing Stations
- Baby changing stations are available in all washrooms throughout Princess Auto Stadium. For privacy purposes, men’s baby changing stations are available behind section 113. Women’s baby changing stations are located behind section 110.
- Family washrooms which include baby changing stations are located in the 100 level south.
Bags/Backpacks/Purses
- All bags, backpacks and purses will be subject to a bag search before entry to the stadium by event staff at the gate(s).
- Any bags, backpack or purses allowed into the stadium must be able to be stored safely under your seat. Princess Auto Stadium is unable to store oversized or prohibited items.
Bike Valet
- The Bike Valet is located at Gate 3 of Princess Auto Stadium. The Bike Valet is free to use and offers fully secured, monitored bike storage on event days and offers rack space for approximately 800 bicycles. Please note that racks for approximately 300 more bikes are also available around the perimeter of the stadium, however these racks are not monitored. The Bike Valet remains open for about 1 hour post-match.
Bus Routes - Winnipeg Transit
- Winnipeg Transit has several regular routes that operate to and from the University of Manitoba before and after the matches. Winnipeg Transit reminds all passengers to check their bus schedules before leaving for the match. Visit winnipegtransit.com for more information on the routes to the stadium.
- Transit fares are in accordance with current Winnipeg Transit fare rates. Regular Transit fares will be collected on all Winnipeg Transit service tothe match. This also applies to Handi-Transit service. Fares may be paid in cash (exact fare), Transit tickets or passes.
C
Canadian Flag
- If you have a group of 20-35 people over the age of 13 and would like to hold the large Canadian flag on the field pre-match, please contact dharder@valourfootball.club for more information and availability.
Camera
- Still cameras with lenses over 12” are not allowed into the stadium. You are welcome to use your photo camera (with lenses under 12”) for your personal enjoyment. Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the match is a violation of guidelines established by the CPL.
Carry-in Policy
- Security officers are stationed at each gate to ensure your safety while visiting Princess Auto Stadium. You and your belongings will be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry. Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from match to match as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer.
- Firearms and other weapons, knives, coolers, umbrellas that cannot collapse to under 18 inches, duffel bags, obstructive banners and signs are all strictly prohibited, as well as video cameras and still photo cameras with lenses over 12 inches.
- As a general rule, please leave all unnecessary items at home.
- Fans can bring sealed bottles of water to Princess Auto Stadium for all Valour matches. The bottles must be plastic, factory-sealed, and contain a maximum of 1 litre, as indicated on the bottle. Fans can bring a maximum of one bottle per individual. For example: a family of four can bring in four bottles of water. Fans are permitted to bring in empty plastic reusable bottles (1 litre or less) to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottle of water or empty reusable bottle of water.
Children
- If a child is lost at Princess Auto Stadium they will be brought to Fan Services located on the concourse 100 level east side Section 111. Please report any missing children to the nearest staff member, who will then take a description and advise staff over the radio. There are lost child stickers located at Fan Services (section 111) as well as at the gates upon entry to the stadium.
- Any child who has not had their 3rd birthday does not require a ticket for the match but must sit on the lap of the adult accompanying them.
- Any child who is accompanied by an adult who is under 15 years of age is eligible for a youth priced ticket in a variety of sections throughout the stadium.
Concessions
- A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Vendors will stop serving in the stands with 15 minutes remaining in the match. Alcohol cannot be brought in or out of the stadium. The sale of beer, wine, and liquor is limited to two beverages or two ounces per person and will only be sold to those fans over the age of 18 as per Manitoba Liquor regulations. Winnipeg Football Club Food & Beverage is the exclusive provider for food and beverage at Princess Auto Stadium.
- Please note our built-in concessions accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, debit or cash. Our temporary food and beverage stands accept cash only.

Designated Driver Program
- The Winnipeg Football Club wants to encourage all fans to act responsibly while enjoying the match. Fans over the age of 18 can sign up to be a designated driver and receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage and wristband at Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Gate 1, Budweiser Gate 3 or at Fan Services (section 111). Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
Drinking Water
- Water fountains are located throughout the stadium behind sections 101 and 114. Portable Water dispenser units (or water coolers) will be located at 116 and 144. Fans are permitted to bring in one factory-sealed bottle of water up to one litre in volume and/or empty reusable bottles up to one litre or less to fill with water at the stadium. When arriving at the stadium gates, we ask that fans be ready to show their factory-sealed, plastic bottles of water or empty reusable bottles of water out.
Drop off Area
- When dropping off a fan on match day, please enter via Chancellor Matheson and drop off in the red lot. Pick up is on Chancellor Matheson post-match. Drop off passes are available a minimum of 24 hours pre-match, please call 204-784-7660 for details.
Duplicate Ticket Policy
- Princess Auto Stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you have lost a ticket purchased from the Winnipeg Football Club please call 204-784-7660 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. If you purchased your ticket online through Ticketmaster, please contact Ticketmaster directly 855-985-5000.
- Tickets obtained from sources other than the Winnipeg Football Club or other authorized agents may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and will not be honoured. Any fan who knowingly or unknowingly gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to ejection with no compensation.
E
Emergency Numbers and Paging Policy
- If you require assistance or have any questions during a Valour FC home match, you can contact the fan helpline by calling 204-788-HELP (4357)or by text at 204-330-4552. If contacted for an emergency, security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are required to make an emergency phone call or text, please report your name and seat location. Paging within the stadium is reserved for extreme emergencies

Emergency Evacuation
- In the unlikely event of an emergency situation that would require a stadium evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow instructions as they are given by one of the Princess Auto Stadium staff members.
Entering the Field of Play
- Entering the playing field without proper authorization is a violation of league and Winnipeg Football Club rules. Violators will be subject to ejection and arrest and will have their ticket(s) revoked with no compensation.
Entertainment Loges
- Experience first-class perks and privileges with incredible field views in a unique private setting in one our Konica Minolta Loges. Loges include: Private four-seat tables located directly on 100-level concourse with amazing sight lines, in-match seat service, access to the Pinnacle Club pre-match, VIP entrance to Princess Auto Stadium, A VIP parking pass included with each loge, and concierges to assist you with your match night entertainment needs.
Event Suite
- With 103 dedicated outdoor seats and additional luxury seating inside, the Event Suite is the perfect meeting space to give a presentation and then mingle while watching the match. The Event Suite offers catering menu options, full concierge service, and exclusive bar service located on the suite level. Entry and Exit Policy
- Prior to entry into Princess Auto Stadium, you may be subject to a bag search and personal body screening for security reasons. Following kickoff should you wish to exit Princess Auto Stadium, no re-entry will be permitted for security reasons.

- Family washrooms are located near sections 117 and 144.
Fan Code of Conduct
- The fan code of conduct is designed to set clear expectations for fans and encourage a stadium environment that is enjoyable for all match attendees. Additional signage detailing the fan code of conduct is posted at all gates.
- The Winnipeg Football Club will strive to provide a fun, safe and fan-focused match day experience for all Valour home matches at Princess Auto Stadium. Princess Auto Stadium and the Winnipeg Football Club are committed to a safe and respectful stadium environment and match day experience that respects the rights of each fan, match day staff, along with the opposing team’s players and fans.
- Please be courteous and respectful to those seated around you and refrain from behaviour that interferes with others’ ability to enjoy the event
- All fans are expected to abide by the standards of behaviour as outlined in our Fan Code of Conduct.
Fan Code of Conduct
- We are confident that our fans will lead the CPL in enthusiasm, support, hospitality and sportsmanship. Our image is shaped not only by our players, coaches and employees but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a high-energy environment to lend support to our team while maintaining a positive and family-oriented atmosphere. To ensure that all fans have a pleasant and respectful match day experience, each fan should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated, and in some cases, may be deemed grounds for dismissal from the stadium. These cases include, but are not limited to:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Actions that are harmful to or endanger others
- Interfering with the progress of the Match or entering the field of play
- Throwing any object while in the stadium or on the field
- Using abusive/vulgar language or profanity in close proximity to other patrons that may be objectionable
- Displaying inconsiderate behaviour towards others
- Disorderly conduct
- Underage drinking
- Selling tickets or other merchandise on stadium property
- Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment resulting in poor behavior
- Indecent exposure or the wearing of obscene or indecent clothing
- Smoking in non-designated areas
- Sitting or standing in the aisles
- Failure to follow instructions of stadium security personnel
- Entering the stadium with any prohibited items
- Harassment of visiting team fans or players
- Any other acts or behavior that in the judgment of stadium management poses a threat to other patrons or diminishes their enjoyment of the match
- Each event patron is responsible for their conduct. Stadium staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all fans in attendance can enjoy the event free from the above behaviours. Event patrons in violation of these provisions may be subject to ejection, arrest and loss of ticket privileges for future events. Winnipeg Football Club management and security reserve the right to deem an act or exhibited behaviour as inappropriate and take action, based on available information and circumstances.
Report Fan Misconduct:
- If the behaviour of a fan or fans around you becomes disruptive or violates the Fan Code of Conduct, the incident should be reported to the nearest usher, stadium security or Winnipeg Police Service member. To report an incident anonymously during a Valour FC match or event, call Fan Help Line at 204-788-HELP (4537) or text 204-330-4552
Patron Screening:
- Person and bag searches are conducted at major events held at Princess Auto Stadium to ensure the safety of all fans in attendance. Security wands are the primary screening device for searches along with bag searches. Winnipeg Football club security authorities may conduct manual searches if they identify anything deemed suspicious. The Winnipeg Football Club reserves the right to prohibit any additional items if the Club feels they inhibit patron comfort or safety.
- There is a no re-entry policy after kick-off, so please ensure you bring all permitted items with you when you enter the stadium.
Prohibited items include:
- No outside food with the exception of a single serving snack
- No outside beverages
- No outside alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons (or items deemed hazardous by security), incendiary devices. Anyone found with any of these items entering the facility will be subject to eviction from the match and/or arrest
- No flasks, ice bags, ice chests, coolers or picnic baskets
- No laser pointers, frisbees, balls, boom boxes, rollerblades, roller skates, skate boards, bats, or hockey sticks
- Air horns, powered megaphones, boom boxes, pets, obscene/indecent signs or clothing
- Cameras with attachable lenses larger than 12” in length
Acceptable items include:
- Single serving snacks
- Only small bags that can fit under a seat
- Empty bottles (1 litre or smaller)
- Factory sealed water (1 litre or smaller)
- Baby strollers/umbrella strollers that can be folded and can fit under a seat and be clear of aisle ways
- Collapsible umbrellas that are less than 18 inches in length, umbrellas cannot be opened inside the stadium or while sitting in the stands
- Stadium management reserves the right to approve all banners. Banners and flags may be prohibited due to space availability, interference with other fans, or message content.

Group Tickets
- There is no better way to enjoy a Valour FC match than with a group of your friends, co-workers, or family. Group tickets allow groups of 15 or more to sit together. For more information contact our Group Sales Team at 204-784-7660.

- Booked limos can pick-up outside of the Pinnacle Club.
Lost and found
- On the day of a match, lost and found items can be returned or collected from the Fan Services located on 100 east side concourse behind section 111. Fan Services is open from gate time until the end of the match. To inquire about lost and found after the match, please call 204-784-7660 during regular office hours.

Match day messages on the video board
- If you have a birthday or anniversary announcement you want displayed on the video board at a Valour FC home match, contact our office at 204-784-7419. Space is on a first-come-first-serve basis as there is limited spaces per match. All requests and payment must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours or 3 business days prior to the match requested. A fee of $50 plus tax will apply.

Non-Alcohol Section
- Section 118 in the Family and Kids Zone is considered as a non-alcoholic section.

Parking
- In total, there are 5,000 parking spots on campus for those attending Valour FC matches and other events at Princess Auto Stadium.
- Seasonal parking passes on campus are available through our Ticket Centre – call 204-784-7660.
- Match day parking is available on campus starting at $10. You can purchase single match parking online at Ticketmaster.ca or pay cash as you enter the campus, subject to availability.
- Access to parking lots on the University of Manitoba campus begins 90 minutes prior to the event start time.
- Fans with parking passes must work within the time frames so as not to impact the normal operation of the University campus for students and staff.
- The University reserves the right to ticket and tow vehicles without proper U of M parking accreditation prior to 90 minutes event day parking window.
- Parking passes must be visible when entering the campus or entry may be denied.
- Parking passes must be visible at all times while parked on campus. Vehicles without a visible pass may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Pinnacle Club
- The Pinnacle Club on match day is exclusively for our Pinnacle Club members. The Pinnacle Club is open 1 hour prior to the start of the match and remains open until 1-hour post-match. Bar service is available throughout and following the match for Pinnacle Club members only.

- Outside of match days, the Pinnacle Club is available for corporate events, banquets, weddings, fundraisers and more. With space for up to 400 people, the Pinnacle Club is a great choice for your next event. For more information please contact jthompson@bluebombers.com.

Smoking Policy
- Princess Auto Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of Princess Auto Stadium; this includes the concourses and main bowl. Smoking is permitted outside Gate 3.
- This policy also applies to smokeless and electronic cigarettes, which are not permitted anywhere within Princess Auto Stadium. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected or subject to a fine.
- The smoking of marijuana is not allowed in any areas of the stadium.
Stadium Gates
- The Pinnacle Club on match day is exclusively for our Pinnacle Club members. The Pinnacle Club is open 1 hour prior to the start of the match and remains open until 1-hour post-match. Bar service is available throughout and following the match for Pinnacle Club members only.

Team Store
- The Team Store is located at Princess Auto Stadium. Regular store hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm. On holidays, the store is open 11:00am – 5:00pm. 100% of proceeds go towards the support of Valour FC and our community initiatives.
- A kiosk is located on the 100 level East side concourse on match days. Access to the main store is available from the 100-level south side concourse.
Tickets
- Only fans with a ticket to the match are allowed entry.
- For pick-up of will call tickets on match day, please go to the Ticket Box Office located on the northeast corner of the stadium by the Gate 3
- Fans are required to carry their tickets with them at all times.
- Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Centre located in the main Team Store (outside Gate 1) prior to gates opening, or by going to the Ticket Box Office located outside Gate 3.
- During the match you may purchase tickets for future matches at the Ticket Centre located in the main Team Store by Gate 1 or by going to Fan Services located on the main concourse by section 111.
Taxis
- Taxis are found outside Gate 3, just across the street.

- Will call is located on the northeast corner of Princess Auto Stadium near Gate 3.
